Driving on the Pacific Coast Highway 1 is so exciting! And even more so if you travel in the Spring, as I have done. The coast was so beautiful, full of flowers everywhere; the whales were migrating to Alaska, you could see the water fountains and their tails as they went, the seals were beginning to have baby seals, there were hundreds of sea birds...
